READERS CLUB 2015-16
The
reader’s club for the academic year 2015-16 was formed on 3/7/2015 with the
motto “Let’s spread the joy of reading”. The main objective of the club is to
develop the reading habit and information literacy skills among students and
teachers.

CLUB REPORT
Reading is an individual activity. But if it evoked strong feelings in you, it is only
natural that you would like to talk about it, possibly with somebody who has
read the same book to see if they share your opinion or not. Here is the
place……………..
Kendriya
Vidyalaya CRPF, Pallipuram consist of a well-equipped library which facilitates
the requirements of the students in the school. The library provides a
curriculum based, flexibly scheduled, open access learning environment that
accommodates all users. The library of this school is capable of fostering
reading habits among staff and students. The library along with the reader’s
club hold hands in fostering reading habits of the students.
The reader’s
club for the academic year 2014-15 was formed on 7/4/2014 with the motto “Let’s
spread the joy of reading”. The main objective of the
club is to develop the reading habit and information literacy skills among
students and teachers.

MONTH- APRIL
Ø In the month of
April, the readers club was formed and the first formal meeting was conducted.
Ø In the meeting, the
student representatives were selected and class representatives were selected
for the easy functioning of the club.
Ø The Annual Activity
Plan (AAP) 2014-15 for the readers club was charted.
Ø The members were
given a chance to speak to all other members about their ideas about the new
activities.
