National Reading Day & Reading Month 2025

Inauguration Ceremony at PM SHRI KV CRPF Pallipuram

The month-long celebration of National Reading Day and Reading Month 2025 was inaugurated with great enthusiasm at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya CRPF Pallipuram.

The auspicious ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp by our esteemed Principal, Mrs. C. Raji, and Vice Principal, Mrs. Maya, marking the official commencement of the Reading Month. In her inaugural address, the Principal emphasized the importance of cultivating reading habits among students and encouraged everyone to read not just for exams, but for life.

A special speech on National Reading Day highlighted the legacy of P.N. Panicker and how his vision continues to inspire generations of readers.

As part of the event, the Prize Distribution Ceremony was held to honour the literary talents and reading excellence of our students:

The celebration also featured engaging student-led activities:

• “Guess the Title” Challenge conducted by Class XI B, kept the audience thinking and guessing popular book titles from clues.
